Glam Studio: Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

We want you to be perfectly lit and ready to create. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any item purchased from Glam Studio.

2. Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unused and Unmounted: Mirrors and lighting gear must not have been installed or mounted.

  • Original Packaging: Items must be in their original, protective packaging (this is crucial for fragile items like mirrors).

  • Complete: All cables, remotes, and mounting hardware must be included.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately.

  • Glass/Mirror Damage: For damaged mirrors, please provide high-resolution photos of the damage and the shipping box within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Final Sale items: Any items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

  • Custom/Personalized Gear: Any items modified specifically for your studio setup.

5. The Process

  • Return Shipping: For "Change of Mind" returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our warehouse. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply to electronics and mirrors to cover the cost of technical inspection and repackaging.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

  • Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Bank Processing: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
