SHIPPING POLICY
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Note: For professional studio setups or high-end lighting gear, please allow an additional 2 days for quality-control inspection before dispatch.
2. DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES We offer worldwide shipping to creators across the globe. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. DELIVERY ESTIMATES Delivery times depend on your location. Below are our typical estimates:

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES Glam Studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If you are ordering from outside the US/UK, please check your local customs office for potential charges.
5. HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
6. SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES Due to the size and high-value nature of our creator gear (mirrors and studio hardware), we typically cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical residential or business address at checkout to ensure safe delivery.
7. DAMAGES & LOST PACKAGES If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team at eyob49068@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and include high-resolution photos of the box and product.
